The Franklin Room is our very best,
 It has a Balcony that faces the west,
From there you can watch the sun go down,
You can sit and drink a glass of wine,
It's very relaxing our guest have found,
It has a private bath with a whirlpool tub built for two,
Also cable T.V., and VCR with movies for you to view,
There's a coffee pot and fridge in the room,
We hope you will come and visit us soon,
For a good nights sleep, there's a Quean sized Bed,
And a neat little alcove,
Where you can curl up with a book you haven't read,
Gravely Will be waiting by the door,
If you listen real close you might hear him snore.
