This charming room is on the northwest side of the house and overlooks the front lawn. It has a queen-sized bed and private bath with original soaker tub and shower. The historical Iron County Courthouse is visible through the curved windows of this turret room. Also included is flat screen T.V., fridge, and coffee maker. The Parlor Bed and Breakfast Reservations, Cancellations and Policies

Reservations:

Guests of The Parlor Bed and Breakfast are expected to pay a deposit at the time the reservation is made. Amount of deposit is equal to one-half of the total balance, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. Deposits paid by check, money order, or traveler's check must be received within 5 days from the date of making the reservation in order to hold the requested accommodation. Guests paying the deposit with a credit card are required to present the actual card at the time of check-in for final processing and identification.

Cancellations:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made a full 14 days in advance of the reserved dates.

If cancellation is not requested within the required time, refund of the deposit will not be made unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $25.00 service charge. Any payment for special services paid in advance is non-refundable.

We do work with our guests in the event of extenuating circumstances due to illness or family death. Please provide proof of the emergency in order to receive a full refund of deposit less a $25.00 service fee.

Other Policies:

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed. We must respect the rights of our guest to have a quiet stay away from their own children.

Smoking is permitted only on our wrap-around porch and balcony. In addition, only candles we provide may be used in any of our accommodations. If any questions, please ask.

We love pets. However, in consideration of our guests with allergies to pet dander, pets are not allowed.

Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.
